You may have heard the phrase 'Making Tax Digital'. This refers to all self-assessment forms, TAX & VAT returns, and supporting documentation to be digitally submitted to HMRC and Companies House rather than allowing for the usual paper based submissions. This was due to come into force from April 2018, however this had now been postponed due to the 2017 general election. It has now been suggested to come into force from April 2020.
