This year the bank holiday has been moved from Monday 4th to Friday 8th May to coincide with VE day, the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II.
This was a late decision by the government to make this change, so check your calanders.

You may have heard the phrase 'Making Tax Digital'. This refers to all self-assessment forms, TAX & VAT returns, and supporting documentation to be digitally submitted to HMRC and Companies House rather than allowing for the usual paper based submissions. This was due to come into force from April 2018, however this had now been postponed due to the 2017 general election. It has now been suggested to come into force from April 2020. Get ahead of the time and make the change today. Tax doesn't have to be taxing!
